職責：To provide properties information to clients; To introduce properties listings to clients; To update customer database; To provide sales and rent service to clients; Building strong relationships with clients, owners, landlords and vendors; Prepare and negotiate Sales and Purchase / Lease Agreements

資歷：中五程度; 2年經驗; 良好粵語優先; 一般普通話; 一般英語; 懂讀寫中文; 略懂讀寫英文; with Property Agent License / Salesperson’s License pref.

待遇：每月$8,000, 有佣金, 星期一,三至五: 中午12時至下午5時半, 每週工作4天, 每天工作 3 – 5 小時, Independent at work, good communication skill
