職責：Support L1 & L2 user issues remotely (using provided remote connection tools) as well as on-site, our high-profile IT Application systems, hardware; Manage customer requests and prioritize incidents, including escalation of Major Incidents to the Incident Manager(1-year Contract)

資歷：專上教育：文憑/證書; 1年經驗; 良好粵語; 一般普通話; 良好英語優先; 懂讀寫中文; 懂讀寫英文; 具有基本電腦操作知識

待遇：每月$15,000-$22,000,有年假15天及約滿酬金(To provide periodic reports,status updates /feedback as required), 星期一至五: 上午9時至下午6時, 每週工作5天, 每天工作 8 小時, (actively participate in Team Meetings)
